The Athletics Leinster Indoor Championships Day 1 is on Sunday 31st January 2010 in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. The closing date for entries for this event is Friday January 15th.

The Leinster Indoor Chanpionships Day 2 is on Saturday 27th February 2010 at the same venue. The closing date for entries is Friday February 12th.
