Thank you for choosing to register online for your Rathfarnham WSAF subscription. These FAQs will answer the common questions asked about the registration procedure.

1.) Why choose online registration?

a.) Online Registration is a more efficient way of registering your yearly sub.

2.) Who can register online?

a.) Anybody who has access to a Credit Card/Paypal can register online. If you do not have a credit card but have a Paypal account you can transfer money from your bank into Paypal and then use that money to pay for your subscription. Please look at the Paypal help documentation for details.

3.) How long does my registration last for?

a.) Your registration lasts until 31st December 2012 . You may notice an "Expiry Date" within the membership details, this is merely a year from your registration date where a reminder will be sent out on that date. You can register online at the earliest of oppertunity for the new year via the Renewals panel.

4.) I tried to register but it told me the email address is in use?

a.) Some club members have had an account on the system created for them already. An email should have been received but if not don't panic. Choose the "forgotten your password" button under the login screen to solve this issue.

5.) How do I know I have registered?

a.) Please login to your account and click on the "View Membership Details" option. If the figure is green you are registered*

6.) I have Registered as a couples/Family membership, how do I register the other members?

a.) Please download a offline registration form HERE and fill it out. Then hand it over to the coach at training. An online registration system will be in place soon.

7.) I think I may have been double billed/registered twice?

Do not panic, as we will issue a full refund via Paypal upon investigation. Please note this may take a few days.

* A reminder system in place is set to notify you a year from the date you register to renew your subscription. During this period it may appear as if you are registered. Please note that if you are in to the new year you will need to renew, you can wait for the reminder or renew at any time using the provided option.
