We had 8 runners in last night's 5k trail race in the Phoenix Park. First home in 10th place was Colm Murray in 17.35, who was also 2nd O.40, followed by Diarmuid Coogan (47, 19.58), Eoin Murray (50, 19.58), Paul Gannon (55, 20.11), Philip Wright (66, 20.35), James Wright (83, 21.16), Zoe Melling (87 and 2nd O.40 in 21.28) and P.J.
