Well done to Barry Minnock and Paul Fleming who scored gold and silver in the M35 5000m event in the European Track and Field championships in Nyiregyhaza, Hungary earlier this evening.    Barry and Paul’s medal-winning times of 15.09 and 15.16 respectively were also the fastest overall for the 5k in the championships.  Congratulations to both on their great performances.
