Well done to  Sean Heir who broke yet another Club record by running 14.35 in the 5k at the IMC Meeting in Ringsend Stadium last Saturday. At the same meeting Mitchell Byrne from WSAF AC, who is being coached by Paul Fleming, ran 2.01 in the 800m, which was a PB for Mitchell and must be a Club Juvenile record as Mitchell is only 16.
