We have been awarded the hosting of the National Intermediate and Masters Cross Country Championships on Sunday 15th February by AAI. These Campionships will now take place in Tymon Park with changing and presentation facilities in Faughs GAA Club. We will have teams competing in all these races and will be hoping for success for our athletes. Arrangements have been put in place for the course but we need help from all our members not competing. If you are not racing we need your help to run these championships. We will need course marshalls on the day and also help with setting up the course. We also need all members to make sandwiches whether you are running or not. If everyone does a little there is less burden on those who always have a shoulder to the wheel. Please confirm your availability to help in some way to the following email or text to 087 2523092 This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The response to request to make sambos for next Sunday has been fantastic, Thanks to all who responded so promptly.

Please bring your sambos to Faughs on Sunday and leave in hall downstairs before the races start. We will also need volunteers to make and serve the teas but no doubt there will be plenty as always.
