There are four main club training days. Training plans are provided and are varied depending on fitness level and target races.
Tuesday: Loreto Park at 18.30. Intervals/Tempo etc
Thursday: 18:30 Top Car Park, St. Enda's Park. Core/Strength/Plyometrics followed by speed/hill reps.
Saturday: Bushy Park at 9.00. Meet at the childrens playground.The Senior team meet at 10.00. Track training is now taking place on Saturday mornings on the Tallaght Athletics track, Tallaght village. All athletes should be there at 9:50am for a 10am start. Training finishes at 11am.
